I operate on a simple principle: if the work doesn’t serve you, you shouldn’t pay for it. It is the standard this practice holds itself to.
This policy applies to all services delivered by Ashimi0x, including but not limited to Brand Clarity & Positioning, Offer Design & Productisation, Visibility System Architecture, Community Architecture, Content System Design, and Growth System & Scale Roadmap.
My Promise
If you are unsatisfied with any Ashimi0x service, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of every amount paid. I do not believe in locking clients into outcomes they are not happy with. A practice built on practical integrity cannot offer anything less than this.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact me directly via the enquiry form on the website or by email, with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name].
Include the following in your message:
1. Your full name.
2. The service you engaged.
3. The date of payment.
4. Your preferred refund method.
I will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 7 business days of acknowledgement.
Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Where this is not possible due to payment infrastructure limitations, I will work with you directly to find an appropriate alternative.
Digital Deliverables
All Ashimi0x services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products to return. If you have received a deliverable document, framework, or system as part of your engagement, you are not required to return or destroy it in order to receive your refund.
No Penalty. No Questions.
I will not ask you to justify your refund request. I will not attempt to retain you through discounts or renegotiation unless you specifically request that. A refund request is honoured as submitted.
I reserve the right to note patterns of repeat engagement followed by refund requests and may decline future engagements at my discretion; however, this does not affect the refund itself.
